The menu:
Pit Beans: 2 cans of Heinz Five Beans, 1 ring of mild chorizo, 2 packs of smoked bacon lardons, 100ml of bourbon, 1/2 a bottle of BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp Bovril.
Brisket: 1.4kg, Angus & Oink Dirty Cow Rub, then pulled and dowsed with Ted's Unholy BBQ sauce.
Pina Colada Ham: 1.25kg of gammon, 1.5 litres of pineapple juice, 25ml of Captain Morgan Gold Spiced Rum, 50ml of coconut milk, star anise, all spice. Then pulled and dowsed in the Pina Colada sauce.
